Yuyin Kueh – Orion

From the day she graduated with a first-class honours degree in electrical engineering, Yuyin Kueh has been a rising star with a maturity and ability far beyond her years. She has designed critical infrastructure upgrades, delivered projects for some of NZ’s largest companies, undertaken ground-breaking research and helped other young women achieve their dream to be engineers too.

Yuyin’s work leading Orion’s response to a major challenge – ensuring its network can meet the growing uptake of electric vehicles – has confirmed her reputation as one of the energy sector’s rising stars.
