2023 was a huge year for Mercury as it deployed up to 300 people to integrate the people, processes, and systems of the Trustpower retail business with its own. The firm has added new solutions, benefits, and service features, capturing the best of the previous Mercury and Trustpower offerings for its more than 860,000 customer connections. It has also launched a permanent 'Here to Help' programme for financially vulnerable customers.
