In 2018, Genesis launched a bespoke corporate wellness programme with a focus on enabling increased mental well-being amongst our people.

The Are you OK? Programme had clear goals - to wrap greater well-being support around Genesis' 1100 staff, take the stigma away from people identifying and acknowledging mental wellbeing issues and provide Genesis employees with the confidence and tools needed to manage both their own mental wellbeing and support others who might be experiencing challenges.

Early in 2020, as COVID-19 forced unprecedented change on how people live, work and unwind, it became clear that an increased focus on supporting the resilience of our people was going to be critical within Genesis' Are you OK? Programme.
