Soumya is an accomplished energy leader with 15 years of experience at Ergo Consulting. Progressing through technical and leadership roles, she is now Head of Power Systems, where she helps shape company strategy, drives staff development, and fosters a positive, inclusive team culture. With the energy sector facing complex challenges, Soumya is focused on growing a capable and diverse mix of engineers to meet these needs. Leading a team of almost 60, she ensures high-quality project delivery for Transpower, EDBs, and solar generation across New Zealand.
