New Zealand Energy Excellence Awards 2024

OMV New Zealand's holistic approach to employee well-being, centred around the Te Whare Tapa Whā Māori health framework, has produced outstanding results. Each wall of the whare represents a different component: physical health, spiritual wellbeing, mental and emotional health and a healthy family and social environment. In the three years since it introduced the model OMV NZ has conducted 7500 health checks, identifying major health issues like heart disease early on.
