New Zealand Energy Excellence Awards 2022
When Nova Energy looked at refreshing its well-being programme, it realised that one size does not fit all. It developed Fit for Life: a year-long well-being programme with tools and resources to help employees improve in four areas of well-being - mental, physical, social and financial.
The programme focuses on a different aspect of well-being each month covering topics including nutrition, men's health, mental well-being, celebrating the community and a physical step challenge. Nova wanted to inspire its people to look at well-being in a holistic way and believes it did that very successfully.
