Firstgas Group has had a strong well-being focus since it formed in 2016. The company recognised, however, that if it was serious about truly supporting its people, it needed to take a broader approach that incorporated not only physical well-being, but the whole person.
It's done this through an initiative called Got Your Back - a programme of support designed specifically for Firstgas Group people, their whānau and community.
