Alpine Energy's FullyCharged wellbeing programme was established to strengthen fitness for work, psychological safety, and organisational resilience in a safety‑critical environment. Co‑designed with employees, representatives, and leaders, FullyCharged integrates wellbeing into safety, risk management, and people systems rather than treating it as a standalone initiative. Since launch, employee engagement results show a 12% increase in staff believing wellbeing is a priority and an 11% increase in psychological safety. Uptake of redesigned health insurance reached 97%. FullyCharged has delivered measurable cultural change, improved trust in support systems, and a sustainable, future‑focused approach to workforce wellbeing.
